No, none of our candle ingredients contain paraffin, phthalates or parabens.
We use 100% soy wax which is a natural and renewable product.
Unfortunately accidents happen & we do our best to ensure each item finds itself to you in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us through our Contact Us page or direct email at email@example.com within 72 hours so we can work out the best solution for you. Please include your order number a photo & description of the problem & our Happily Zen team will promptly resolve any issues. Refund & store credits will be issued at the discretion of Happily Zen.

Mail Satchels - To compost them at home, it’s best to remove any labels, cut them up & place in your compost bin as “brown” materials. These will completely break down within 6 months in a home-compostable environment - sometimes even sooner!
The best part is that they still break down in landfill. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the landfill process, this will still add to methane production. Our mail satchels take about 2 years rather than 6 months to break down in landfill. In contrast, traditional plastic shipping mailers take 400 years or more to break down & still release deadly methane gas into the atmosphere.
Bubble Wrap - Our compostable & biodegradable bubble wrap is certified to break down to carbon dioxide, water & biomass within 6 months in your home compost bin. Simple cut it up and add it to your compost bin as "brown" materials.
Packaging Peanuts - Simply toss them in your kitchen sink & run the water until they dissolve. If you’d prefer, you can even utilize these pellets in your composting bin.

How do I check my points?
Click the 'Rewards' icon at the bottom right of the screen at any time to view your current points total & any vouchers you have received. Once you have placed an order, refresh the page to see your new points total.
I received a refund. Do I keep my points?
If you receive a refund for whatever reason, your points will be automatically deducted from your total & any vouchers will be cancelled if no longer meeting the required points total.
Are shipping costs included?
Unfortunately not. You do not receive points from shipping fees.
Can I save up my points? Yes, you can! You do not have to spend all at once.
How do I redeem my vouchers? Click the 'Rewards' icon in the bottom right corner & click 'ways to redeem'. Select the offer you wish to redeem - a code will be sent out to you. Paste this code in to the discount section at checkout.
