Giving Back
We donate the equivalent of 5 meals from every online order and market sales to SecondBite, an organisation that is ending waste and ending hunger.
SecondBite rescues edible, unsold food from farmers, retailers and manufacturers to feed hungry Aussies experiencing tough times. They distribute it free of charge to their 1,400 charity partners nationally. The rescued food is used to prepare nourishing meals, for community pantries, school breakfast and lunch programs and in emergency food hampers. At the same time, they are helping divert thousands of tonnes of good food from landfill every year, preventing millions of kg of greenhouse gas emissions.
For every dollar donated, SecondBite can rescue 2.5kg of food, providing the equivalent of five meals to people in need.
